What
began as a dream of Vietnam Veteran Mike Kinney and other members of a
local veterans' group, the Chelmsford Veterans' Memorial Park officially
opened on Friday, July 3, 1992. The park is dedicated to all veterans
of Chelmsford, living or deceased, who served in all wars and conflicts.
